The core philosophy of RotaKids is simple: it is never too early to learn that you have the power to help others. While Interact and Rotaract focus on adolescents and young adults, RotaKids addresses the formative years (7-12) where a child's moral compass and civic identity are established.

We see RotaKids as the primary foundation of the Rotary family. Statistics from pioneer districts like 2241 (Romania & Moldova) show that over 60% of RotaKids members transition naturally into Interact, creating a sustainable growth model for Rotary membership that lasts a lifetime.

This simple commitment replaces the complex 4-Way Test, making Rotary values accessible to primary school children.
